With a deeper stack of foam, designed to provide even more propulsion, and a change to the lighter FF Blast + foam, the ASICS Women’s Novablast 3 is fine tuned to provide a softer landing, and an even more energetic rebound.The upper uses a soft and lightweight mesh for excellent airflow, that also helps to give the shoe its unique look, with an unusual geometry, the Novablast makes being fast look good.A new heel stabiliser improves support, together with a wider outsole basenet they offer a more balanced landing, while still propelling your foot forward for that propulsive feel the Novablast is known for.
Featuring extra-deep stacks of midsole foam, extra-cushioned shoes offer improved impact absorption, comfort, and even performance. With modern foams providing energy return through your stride, the more foam under your foot, the bigger the spring forward. The trade-off of extra foam is additional weight and reduced ground feel. It can also be expensive to create and stabilise so much foam.
